1, Primarily, we cover the Newcastle Upon Tyne and surrounding area.
2, If we’re unable to provide a service in your area we will arrange a trusted local
service for you.
3, Due to funding, man power and storage space we can’t always guarantee a collection
but we will make you aware of this when you contact us.
4, Furniture must be of a reasonable condition to collect, decorate or retouch. We
are able to repair a lot of pieces but we can not always work miracles.
5, For multiple item collection we may require viewing the items prior to collection
- this is done at NO Cost to yourselves, but helps us estimate the cost effective
6, Our collection days, and availability of transport varies. We have flexible collection
days that cost NOTHING & we let you know our available days in advance.(normally
Tue & Wednesday collections) If you require an immediate, same day collections may
incur a charge of £10, but please contact us as we will happily wave this if we have
a van in your area the same day.
